In the House State Affairs Comm. today we voted to outlaw camping on State property. This will require the Occupy Boise group to find a new place to setup their encampment. The law still allows for protests, demonstration, rallies, etc. but not camping overnight.

I spent most of the last two days trying to stop the electrical code from requiring regulations that would increase the cost of a new home by $500.00
Taxes & Regulation Killing Business

I had a meeting today with a property owner who relayed to me some of the problems that he is having with government over regulation and high taxes. It is killing his business.
